乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白与内质网应激关系的研究进展

Research Progress in the Relationship between the X Protein of the Hepatitis B Virus and Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress

乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白是由乙型肝炎病毒X区转录翻译而成的多功能调节因子,与多种肝脏疾病的发生发展关系密切。近有研究表明,内质网应激受到乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白的调控,促进细胞存活。本文就研究现况对乙型肝炎病毒X蛋白和内质网应激的相关性进行总结,以期为进一步研究提供参考。

The X protein of the hepatitis B virus（HBV）is a multifunctional regulator.It is transcribed from the X region of the HBV,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of various liver diseases.Recent studies have shown that endoplasmic reticulum stress（ERS）is regulated by the X protein of the HBV,which promotes cell survival.To provide a reference for further research,we reviewed the relationship between the X protein of the HBV and ERS.
