摘要
本试验旨在比较藏猪和长白猪接种口蹄疫O型灭活疫苗后免疫应答特性的差异。分别用猪口蹄疫O型灭活疫苗免疫接种8日龄藏猪和长白猪,在免疫前和免疫后的6、8、12和16周分别采集抗凝血,采用血常规计数血液中免疫细胞的变化情况,ELISA法测定血清中抗猪口蹄疫O型病毒特异性抗体的含量,定量RT-PCR检测与免疫应答调控相关基因的表达水平。结果显示:藏猪的体液免疫应答水平和Th等免疫细胞数量显著高于长白猪,且TLR7、CCR7、CD62L和CD4基因的表达水平也明显升高,而长白猪IL-10的表达水平显著高于藏猪。
This study was designed to compare the difference of the immune system response in Tibet and Landrace piglets inoculated with inactivated foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)-serotype O vaccine.Experimental pigs were divided into Tibetan and Landrace piglets groups and intramuscularly immunized at 8-days old with FMDV vaccine. Their bloods were collected after vaccination at 0,6,8,12 and 16 weeks respectively for blood routine and anti-FMDV-specific antibody assay. Lymphocytes were collected for measurement of immune gene expression levels by quantitative RT-PCR examination. Our research indicated that more powerful humoral immunity and Th cells were induced in Tibetan pigs than that of Landrace pigs after vaccinated with FMDV vaccine. In addition,Tibetan group showed a better expression of TLR7,CCR7,CD62 L and CD4 genes and weaker IL-10 gene expression than those of Landrace group after vaccination.
