摘要
使用光纤激光加工设备,采用单因素分析法,在Cr12mov模具钢试样上进行系统的激光毛化工艺实验研究,以获得不同种类特征的毛化形貌和优化的工艺参数,并对加工区域表层材料的机械力学性能进行检测。实验结果表明:在不同的工艺参数下,分别获得了球冠状、凹顶球冠状和火山口状三种毛化形貌;不同的工艺参量对毛化形貌有着显著的影响,毛化形貌的直径和高度,随激光功率和脉冲宽度的增大而呈增大趋势,也随辅助气体氮气压力的增大,呈先减小而后迅速增大。毛化点熔凝区组织高度细化,主要为隐晶马氏体,具有较高的显微硬度,最大硬度可达647.6HV,大约是基体的2.2倍。
In order to obtain the different texturing morphologies, a single factor analysis method is used to study the laser tex- turing process on Cr12mov sample. The experimental results show that different parameters will lead to different morpholo- gies, such as the spherical crown shape, concave crown shape and crater shape; different parameters have significant influence on the morphology, the diameter and height of the texture increase with the laser power and the pulse width. The diameter and height decrease first and then increase rapidly with the auxiliary gas nitrogen pressure. The microstructure of the melting point zone is highly refined, mainly for the hidden martensite and has higher microhardness, the maximum hardness can be up to 647.6 HV which is about 2.2 times of that of the matrix.
