摘要
针对近年来较受关注的PCCP耐久性问题,对PCCP砂浆保护层吸水率指标的工艺质量控制进行了相关试验研究,采集了设备工艺参数、砂浆配合比以及掺用专用防水剂等技术手段方面的一系列试验数据,并分析了以上因素对砂浆吸水率造成影响的原因,证明了PCCP砂浆保护层吸水率指标完全能达到标准要求。同时,指出PCCP砂浆保护层必须从原材料、配合比、设备工艺参数、养护制度等环节进行全过程质量控制和相关试验验证,以保证其质量达标。最后,提出了在一定条件下可通过在砂浆中掺加适量的专用防水剂来改善砂浆吸水率,并提高生产效率。
Aiming at the problem of the durability of the PCCP in recent years, the relevant tests were carried out to study the quality control of PCCP mortar protection layer water absorption index, a series of experimental data on technical parameters of equipment, mortar mix ratio, waterproofing agent content and other technical means were collected, the causes of the above factors rate influencing the mortar water absorption were analyzed, which proved that PCCP mortar layer water absorption index can meet the requirements of specification. At the same time, it is pointed out that the quality of the PCCP mortar protection layer must be contrlled by the whole process quality control and related test verification from raw materials, mixing ratio, equipment process parameters and maintenance system, so as to ensure its quality reaching the standard. In the end, the water absorption rate of mortar can be improved by adding a proper amount of waterproof agent to mortar under certain conditions, and the production efficiency can be improved.
