摘要 预应力钢筒混凝土管被广泛应用于水利工程,运行过程中的环境腐蚀或管压操作不当,会导致管内高强钢丝的腐蚀或断裂,进而导致泄漏等事故。目前,普遍采用正交电磁检测技术对PCCP的断丝状态进行评估,本文应用有限元数值计算方法建立了PCCP检测系统全尺寸仿真模型,给出了断丝发生后电磁检测信号的畸变特征,并分析了断丝数量、检测频率等因素对畸变特征的影响,验证了电磁检测法的有效性,以期对PCCP实际工程应用提供参考。 Pre-stressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe has been widely used in water conservancy projects. During the operation of PCCP, environmental corrosion or improper operation will lead to corrosion or fracture of high strength steel wire in the pipe, resulting in leakage and other accidents. Currently, orthogonal electromagnetic detection method has been widely used to test the broken wire and assess the health PCCP. Full size simulation model of the PCCP detection system is built by finite element (FE) method. The distortion Characteristics of electromagnetic detection signal is given for occurrence of the broken wire. The influences of broken wire number and detection frequency are also analyzed. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the electromagnetic testing method, and provide a reference for practical engineering application.
