The Development and Design of the School-enterprise Construction Course under the Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制下校企共建课程对学生职业素质的培养和职业能力的提升起着至关重要的作用,对提高现代学徒制人才培养的层次具有重要的现实意义。该课程的开发主要针对我国目前现代学徒制下的学生能力培养方面不是偏重理论教育,导致学生在实践工作中实操能力不足,就是偏重实践操作,导致学生在实际工作过程中理论空泛,缺乏管理能力的现象。通过共建课程的设计,旨在弥补传统课程体系中的一些短板和专业课程体系建设上的局限性,以及缩短学生毕业后的工作适应期,培养高素质、高质量的企业需要的专业型适用型人才。

Under the modem apprenticeship system, the school enterprise co construction course plays a vital role in impro- ving students＇ professional quality and enhancing their professional ability. It has important practical significance for improving the level of modem apprenticeship personnel training. The development of the course focused on our current modem appren- ticeship under the cultivation of students＇ ability is not focused on the theoretical education and practical ability of students to work in practice, is the emphasis on practice, leading students in the practical work process of the theory of vague, lack of man- agement ability phenomenon. Through the design of co construction courses, we aim to make up for the limitations in the tra- ditional curriculum system, and shorten the work adaptation period after graduation, so as to train high-quality and high-quality professional and applicable talents.
