摘要
特色小镇投资额巨大,采用一种适合特色小镇建设发展的融资模式至关重要。PPP模式是推动特色小镇建设和发展的最佳选择。文章基于此,探讨应用PPP模式的必要性和可行性,提出了目前采用PPP模式建设特色小镇中存在的问题,并就这些问题提出了几点政策建议。
Characteristic small town need a lot of infrastructure and money, the PPP model is the best choice; this paper ex- plores the feasibility and necessity, operation mode of PPP mode application. Finally, according the characteristics of small town construction problems put forward reasonable suggestions.
