摘要
本文着重分析了服务质量的提升对高校图书馆发展的重要意义,指出了其服务质量存在的问题、形成原因,在此基础上提出了相应的解决对策,以为高校图书馆领导决策及服务质量的改进提供参考依据。
This article has emphatically analyzed the significance of the promotion of service quality of the development of university library, points out the problems existing in the quality of service, forming reason, on the basis of this puts forward the corresponding solution countermeasure, thought that the university library leadership decision-making and provide reference for the improvement of service quality.
