摘要
目的:通过对大学生一般自我效能感与成就动机关系的研究可以为提高高教教育质量和大学生提升自我效能感、培养成就动机以实现自我价值提出建议。方法:采用分层整群抽样调查方法,从长沙医学院大一学生和大三学生中随机抽取400名进行问卷调查。采用一般自我效能感量表和成就动机量表。并使用SPSS17.0对数据进行相关的描述性分析、t检验、相关分析。结果:该校大学生的一般自我效能感在性别上存在显著差异(p<0.01),男生高于女生;一般自我效能感与追求成功的动机呈显著正相关(p<0.01)。结论:一般自我效能感与成就动机之间存在关系密切。
Objective Through the study of the relationship between general self-efficacy and achievement motivation of col- lege students, suggestions can be made to improve the quality of higher education, improve self-efficacy of college students, and cultivate achievement motivation to realize self-worth. Methods A stratified cluster sampling survey was used to randomly select 400 freshmen and junior students from Changsha Medical College to conduct a questionnaire survey. General self-effi- cacy scales and achievement motivation scales were used. And use SPSS17.0 to carry out the relevant descriptive analysis, t tgst, and correlation analysis of the data. Results There was a significant difference in general self-efficacy between college students (p〈0.01), boys were higher than girls, and general self-efficacy was positively correlated with the motivation for suc- cess (p〈0.01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between general self-efficacy and achievement motivation.
