构建服务于中小企业的财务管理专业人才培养模式——以长春财经学院财务管理专业为例

Constructing the Training Mode of Financial Management Professionals for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises——Take Financial Management Majorin Changchun University of Finance and Economics as an example

随着我国经济的发展,中小企业对财务管理人才产生大量需求,所以对高校财务管理人才培养提出了新的要求。本文以长春财经学院财务管理专业为例,构建服务于中小企业的"三真"、"三实"、"五合作"的应用型人才培养模式,并提出具体实施路径。

With the development of China＇s economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have a great deal of demand for fi- nancial management talents, so new requirements have been put forward to the training of financial management personnel in Colleges and universities. In this paper, Changchun Institute of finance financial management specialty as an example, to build a service in small and medium-sized enterprises in the ＂three true＂, ＂three realities＂, ＂Five-cooperation＂ applied talents training mode, and puts forward the specific implementation path.
