新时期高校离退休教师在大学文化传承创新中的价值研究

A Study on the Value of Retired Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the Transmission and Innovation of University Culture in the New Period

高校离退休教师是大学文化传承创新的重要主体,他们在长期的工作实践中积累了丰富知识和宝贵经验,德高望重,具有独特的政治优势、威望优势、经验优势、知识优势、环境优势。高校应多方面、多层次、多角度探索保障措施,充分发挥离退休教师在大学文化传承与创新中传承、示范、帮扶、引领、监督的作用,让他们为世界一流大学建设贡献自我价值。本课题基于此背景,梳理高校离退休教师的现状和其在大学在文化传承创新的可行性和优势,力争通过研究及问卷调查(以南京工业大学为例),探究高校离退休教师在文化传承创新工作中的价值及发挥价值的路径,并最终提出总结与建议。

Retired teachers in colleges and universities are important subjects in the transmission and innovation of university culture. They have accumulated rich knowledge and valuable experience in long-term work practice. They are highly respected and have unique political, prestige, experience, knowledge and environmental advantages. Colleges and universities should ex- plore measures to give full play to the functions of retired teachers in inheriting, demonstrating, helping, leading and supervis- ing in the cultural heritage and innovation of the university culture in many aspects, at multiple levels and at different angles, So they can contribute their own values to the establishing of the world-class universities. Based on this background, this topic combs the current situation of retired teachers in colleges and universities and their feasibility and superiority in cultural inher- itance and innovation in universities. Through this research and questionnaire （taking Nanjing Tech University as an example）, this paper attempts to probe into the cultural heritage of retired teachers in colleges and universities, the value of innovation work and the way to value, and finally put forward the conclusion and suggestion.
