《学记》中教育教学思想对现代幼儿教师专业成长的启示

摘要 《学记》是中国和世界教育史上第一部教育专著,全篇共20节,1229个字,语言精辟,言简意赅,是我国乃至世界古代教育思想中的瑰宝.试从“长善救失”教育理念的树立和“教学相长”教育原则的遵循等四个方面展开论述,探讨《学记》对幼儿教师教学能力提升和更新教育观念等专业成长方面的启示. The book of Learning Notes is the first educational monograph in the history of education in China and the world,with 20 verses and 1229 words in all. The language is brilliant and concise. It is a treasure in ancient China and even the world's educational thought. From the following aspects:the establishment of the educational concept of" long lost good save" and the following of the educational principle of" To teach is to learn", this paper tries to discuss the enlightenment of the book of Learning Notes on the promotion of preschool teachers' teaching ability and the renewal of the educational concept and other professional growth.
