高职学前教育专业学生实践能力的培养策略探究

摘要 随着我国幼儿教育体系的逐步完善,市场上对于专业的学前教师的需求量逐渐增多,高职院校以市场为导向纷纷设置了学前教育专业.学前教育专业教师的主要就业方向就是各幼儿园,其人才培养情况不仅关系着自身的发展,更关系着幼儿的健康成长.实践能力既是衡量学前教育专业教师职业素养的重要标准,也是职业教育的基本内容,基于此现状,从高职学前教育专业学生的实践能力培养现状出发,对相关的培养策略进行探究. With the gradual perfection of China's early childhood education system, the demand for professional preschool teachers in the market has gradually increased. Higher vocational colleges have set up preschool educa- tion majors with market orientation. The main employment direction of preschool education teachers is each kinder- gartens, their talent training situation is not only related to their own development, but also related to the healthy growth of young children. The practical ability is not only an important standard for measuring the professional quality of preschool education teachers, but also the basic content of vocational education. Based on this situation, starting from the current situation of training students' practical ability in higher vocational education, the related training strategies are explored in this paper.
