基于自适应权重PSO算法的磁屏蔽装置优化设计 被引量:10

摘要 针对传统的磁屏蔽装置结构参数优化过程中因待优化参数较少而限制了磁屏蔽性能进一步提高这一缺点,提出一种基于自适应权重粒子群优化(PSO)算法的磁屏蔽装置参数优化方法:首先,给出了磁屏蔽系数的计算公式,提出将不同屏蔽层的厚度、径向层间距以及轴向层间距均作为待优化变量以增加结构尺寸的多样性,从而扩大寻优范围;然后,针对待优化变量的增加可能会导致寻优陷入局部最优,提出一种自适应权重PSO算法以实现全局寻优;最后,以三层磁屏蔽装置的结构参数优化为例进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明,与传统的优化方法相比,提出的优化方法使磁屏蔽装置的磁屏蔽系数提高了27.58%。该方法可以为磁屏蔽装置结构参数的优化提供一种参考。 In the process of optimizing the structure parameters of traditional magnetic shielding device, further improvements in magnetic shielding performance are limited because there are fewer parameters to be optimized. In view of this problem, an adaptive weight particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is proposed to optimize the structure parameters of magnetic shielding device. First, the formula of magnetic shielding factor is given. In order to increase the diversity of structural dimensions and enlarge the range of optimization, the shielding layer thickness, the radial layer spacing and the axial layer spacing are regard as variables to be optimized. Then, the adaptive weight PSO algorithm is presented to avoid the optimization falling into the local optimum. Taking the structure parameter optimization of three-layer magnetic shielding device as an example, the simulations are carried out, which show that the magnetic shielding factor is increased by 27.58% compared with that of the traditional optimization method. The method can provide a reference for the structure parameter optimization of the magnetic shielding device.
