摘要
精密线振动台作为惯性元件的专用测量设备,用来生成惯性元件测试所需的高过载加速度。精密线振动台的设备误差会影响测试精度,为了在现有设备条件下进一步提高测试精度,对振动台输出误差进行了建模。通过对振动台误差源的分析和误差传递的研究,建立了振动台输出误差模型,并通过对实测数据的分析验证了模型的有效性,提出了使用误差模型提高振动台测试精度的相应建议。
The precision linear vibration table is the test equipment of IMUs. It is used to generate acceleration higher than gravity for exciting the high-order drift errors of IMUs. The inevitable output acceleration errors of the vibration table will affect the test accuracy. In order to improve the test accuracy under the existing equipment conditions, an investigation on establishing the error model of vibration table output errors is presented. According to the analysis of error sources and the study of error transaction, the vibration table output error model is established. The validity of the proposed model is verified by the data analysis of experiments, and the suggestion is provided to improve the test accuracy of the vibration table.
