略论中国化的马克思主义人权观的理论探究与创新

A Brief Discussion of Theoretical Analysis and Innovation of Sinicized Human Rights Conception in Marxism

中国化的马克思主义人权观是在当代中国占主导地位的主流人权观。中国化的马克思主义人权观的形成和创新的进程,从党的十一届三中全会到党的十九大,大体经历了五个阶段。中国化的马克思主义人权观具有科学的内涵,提炼出了一系列重要的理论观点。新时代持续推进中国化的马克思主义人权观的理论探究与创新,必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导;要坚持从中国国情出发;要借鉴人类社会创造的一切人权文明的优秀成果;要以构建中国的人权话语体系为目标;要充分调动专家学者和实际工作者的积极性,组织动员他们积极参与人权观的理论创新以及构建中国特色的人权话语体系。

The sinicized human rights conception in marxism is the human rights concep- tion with leading position in contemporary China. From the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to the 18th National Congress of the Com- munist Party of China, the process of the formation and innovation of the sinicized human rights conception in marxism underwent roughly five stages. The sinicized human rights concep- tion in marxism has scientific connotations and has extracted a series of important theoretical viewpoints. To continously promoting the theoretical analysis and innovation of sinicized human rights conception in Marxism in a new era, one should be guided by Xi Jinping＇s socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, proceed from the dimension of the Chinese context, learn from the outstanding ideas of human rights civilization created by human society, aim at constructing a human rights discourse system in China and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of ex- perts, scholars and practitioners, who are organized and mobilized to actively participate in the theoretical innovation of the human rights and the construction of the Human rights discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
