药用作物茬口对当归苗栽生理生化特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:筛选适宜的可替代传统当归生荒地育苗的熟地育苗床土资源。方法:以撂荒地为对照,对不同药用植物(当归、秦艽、羌活)茬口土壤条件下当归苗栽根系活力、可溶性蛋白含量、相对电导率、氨基酸泄露率、丙二醛含量及抗氧化酶活性进行测定与分析。结果:不同药用植物茬口对当归苗栽根系活力、渗透调节物质含量、细胞膜稳态性、膜脂过氧化程度及抗氧化酶活性具有显著影响,当归重茬及羌活茬口当归苗栽根系细胞酶促抗氧化系统薄弱,且渗透调节能力差,膜脂过氧化程度加剧,质膜稳定性降低,根系活力下降,导致其越冬后发病率剧增。秦艽茬口当归苗栽各生理生化指标与对照差异不显著,其抗氧化系统发达,膜脂过氧化程度小,质膜稳定性强,渗透调节能力大,根系活力强,苗栽越冬后发病率低。结论:秦艽茬口土壤可作为较适宜当归育苗的熟地床土资源。 Objective: To screen suitable cultivated field soil for nursing Angelica sinensis seedlings to replace the traditional seedling cultured in wild virgin land. Methods: Using the abandon soil as the control,the root viability,the content of soluble protein,relative conductivity,amino acid leak rate,malondialdehyde content and anti-oxidant enzyme activities in Angelica sinensis seedling roots under different stubble soil conditions( Angelica sinensis stubbles,Gentiana macrophylla stubbles,Notopterygium incisum stubbles) were determined and analyzed. Results: There were significant effects of different medicinal crops on the roots viability,osmotic adjustment substance contents,cell membrane stabilities,membrane lipid peroxidation and anti-oxidant enzymatic activities of the plant seedlings. The cell enzyme antioxidant systems of the roots was weak,and resulting in lower osmotic adjustment materials,higher membrane lipid peroxidation,reduction of plasma membrane stabilitiess in the Angelica sinensis seedlings cultivated from Angelica sinensis stubbles and Notopterygium incisum stubbles soils lead to the morbidities sharply increases after through the winter. There were no significant differences in physiological and biochemical indicators of the Angelica sinensis seedling roots on Gentiana macrophylla stubbles soil compared with the control,of which roots on the soil conditions with developed anti-oxidation systems,small degree of membrane lipid peroxidation,good stability in membrane,balanced osmotic adjustment materials and strong activities of roots,resulted in a low incidence through the winter. Conclusion: Gentiana macrophylla stubbles soils can be used for Angelica sinensis seedling cultivation with high resistance to stress.
