摘要
以2-乙烯基吡啶(2VP)为单体,Cu(Ⅱ)为配位中心,改性硅胶为载体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(BIS)为交联剂,在超临界二氧化碳(scCO_2)中通过沉淀聚合合成了交联的PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2复合物。通过傅里叶全反射红外光谱、热重分析仪、广角X射线衍射仪等对PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2复合物的结构和热稳定性进行了分析。考察了交联剂浓度和反应压力等对聚合反应的影响。利用PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2复合物对水溶液中的牛血清白蛋白(BSA)进行了吸附性能研究。结果表明,PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)与表面改性的SiO_2之间存在相互作用,合成的PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2复合物为非晶态,且其热稳定性有所提高。当压力为20MPa、BIS为30%(wt,质量分数)时,复合物的产率可达86%,最大吸附量可达600mg/g。
Silicone-modified metal complexes(PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2)was synthesized via precipitation polymerization in supercritical carbon dioxide,using 2-vinylpyridine as monomer,Cu(Ⅱ)as the coordination center,modified silica as loading materials,azodiisobutyronitrileas initiator and N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide as crosslinker.PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2 were characterized through Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),thermal gravimetric(TG)and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).The effects of the crosslinker and reaction pressure were investigated.Additionally,the adsorption behavior of PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2 composites toward bovine serum albumin(BSA)were evaluated.Results showed the successful synthesis of PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2 with amorphous state.The thermal stability of PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)/SiO_2 was improved.There were the interaction between PVP-Cu(Ⅱ)and surface modified-SiO_2.The composites with a high yield of 86% was obtained when the pressure was 20 MPa and crosslinker mass fraction of 30%.The adsorption amount can reach as high as 600 mg/g.
