摘要
目的:研究海南暗罗根的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从海南暗罗根中分离得到11个生物碱类成分,分别鉴定为:isooncodine(1)、onychine(2)、5,8-dihydroxy-6-methoxy onychine(3)、darienine(4)、O-methylmoschatoline(5)、isomoschatolin(6)、oxostephanine(7)、liriodenine(8)、N-p-coumaroyltyramine(9)、northalifoline(10)、corydaldine(11)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物3、6、10、11为首次从暗罗属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots of Polyalthia laui. Methods: The constituents from Polyalthia laui were isolated and purified by the chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and semi preparation HPLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical characteristics and spectroscopic data analysis. Results: Eleven alkaloids were isolated from the roots of Polyalthia laui and identified as isooncodine( 1),onychine( 2),5,8-dihydroxy-6-methoxy onychine( 3),darienine( 4),O-methylmoschatoline( 5),isomoschatolin( 6),oxostephanine( 7),liriodenine( 8),N-p-coumaroyltyramine( 9),northalifoline( 10) and corydaldine( 11). Conclusion: All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time,compounds 3,6,10,11 are reported from the Polyalthia genus for the first time.
