摘要
以钛酸丁酯为钛源、氢氟酸为氟源,用水热法制备出TiOF_2,将其用NaOH进一步处理得到TiOF_2-OH。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)等手段研究了样品的晶型、形貌以及光吸收性能。以5mg/L罗丹明B为模拟污染物,测试了样品的可见光光催化活性。结果表明,制得的TiOF_2为分等级花状,TiOF_2-OH呈管束状。羟基化处理虽然没有提高TiOF_2的结晶度但有效增强了其对可见光的响应,TiOF_2-OH在可见光下于4h内可基本实现对罗丹明B的降解。
Butyl titanate,hydrofluoric acid and absolute ethanol were used to prepare TiOF_2 under low temperature.Alkali was then used to wash the as prepared TiOF_2 to get TiOF_2-OH.The crystal structure,morphology and light absorption properties of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance(UV-Vis DRS).The visible light photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by degradating 5 mg/L rhodamine B as simulated contaminant.The results show that the TiOF_2 shows a flower like shape with different grades,while the TiOF_2-OH shows a tube bundle shape.The crystallinity of TiOF_2 was not improved by hydroxylation treatment but its response to visible light was enhanced effectively.The as-prepared TiOF_2-OH could completely degraded the pollutants within 4 hours.
