摘要
采用熔融共混的方法制得聚乙二醇(PEG)/石墨烯复合相变材料,并利用真空吸附、添加助剂的方法改善PEG与石墨烯的结合度。研究结果表明:石墨烯的加入可以增加PEG的结晶度,提高复合相变材料的储能密度,偶联剂的加入和真空吸附能进一步提高PEG的结晶度,在PEG用量为95%(wt,质量分数),石墨烯用量5%(wt,质量分数),采用真空吸附法制得的PEG/石墨烯复合相变材料(样品D)的熔融焓为138.62J/g、结晶焓为121.60J/g,在所有样品中最高。
Polyethylene glycol(PEG)/graphene composite phase change material was prepared by melt blending,and the degree of adhesion between PEG and graphene was improved by vacuum adsorption and additives.The research results showed that graphene could increase the crystallinity of PEG,improved the energy density of material,coupling agent and vacuum adsorption can improve PEG crystallinity,when PEG dosage was 95 wt%,the graphene content 5 wt%,samples prepared by vacuum adsorption D,the melting enthalpy and enthalpy of crystallization were138.62 J/g and 121.60 J/g respectively,the highest in all samples.
