SiO_2/酚醛树脂核壳纳米颗粒制备研究

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱液、氨水为催化剂和去离子水、无水乙醇为溶剂,以甲醛、间苯二酚缩合形成酚醛树脂作为包覆层,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得砖红色二氧化硅(SiO_2)/酚醛树脂(RF)(SiO_2/RF)核壳纳米颗粒。研究结果表明:制得的SiO_2/RF核壳纳米颗粒微观形貌为规整的圆球状,形成了核壳结构;纳米颗粒平均粒径280nm,纳米颗粒的壳层平均厚度为11nm;SiO_2/RF核壳纳米颗粒的C、O、Si元素的摩尔浓度比为1∶1.72∶0.75。 The brick red silica(SiO_2)/resorcinol-formaldehyde resin(RF)core-shell nanoparticles were prepared via sol-gel method using ethyl-orthosilicate(TEOS)as precursor solution,ammonia as catalyzer,deionized water and anhydrous ethanol as solvents,phenolic resin which was condensation formed by resorcinol and formaldehyde as a coating layer.The experimental results showed that the testing products' microstructure was neat and globular.It formed a core-shell structure.The average diameter of particle was 280 nm and the average thickness of shell was 11 nm.C,O,Si element of molar concentration ratio was 1∶1.72∶0.75.
