摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定葡萄糖酸钙口服液的血钙浓度,14例均为一室模型。口服葡萄糖酸钙口服液2支(10%、2支含Ca^(++)量178mg)后动力学参数为:Ka2.943±0.568h^(-1),Ke2.271±0.703h^(-1),T1/2Ke0.376±0.105h,Tmax1.085±0.109h,Cmax9.118±1.404μg/ml,AUC11.176±2.696mg/h·1,V0.148±0.027L,CL0.317±0.0871/h,to为0.631±0.139h。对缺钙患者的最佳给药方案是:给药量(以Ca^(++)计量)每次3mg/kg,每间隔1.5h给药1次。
The atomic absorption spectrometry was utilized to assay the plasma Ca^(2+) conc-entration of the calcii gluconatis oral administration liquor. Fourteen cases are'One compartment medel'. After two amplues(10%, contain Ca^(2+) 178mg) were ta-ken orally, the pharmacokinetics parameter are ka 2.943±0.568h^(-1), ke 2.27±0.703h^(-1)T1/ 2 ke0. 376±0. 105h, Tmax1.085±0. 109h, Cmax 9. 118±1. 404μg/ml, AUC 11. 76±2. 636mg/h·l. V0. 148±0.027L,CL 0.371±0.018 l/h^(-1) and lagtime 0.631±0. 139h.The best admin-ister version to acalcerosis patient is the dosage (measure with Ca^(2+)) 3mg/kgper administer, the interval administer time is 1.5 hours.
