摘要
维纳的归因理论把人们的成败归因于四个因素 :努力、能力、难度、机遇 ,分析了成败归因对学生的心理和后继行为的影响。正确地认识归因理论并将其应用到学生的学风教育引导之中 ,能有效地激发学生学习的动机 ,引导学生良好的学习行为 。
After the introduces of Wiener′s Attribution Theory.which decides that one′s success or failure is attributed to four factors:effor,ability,difficulty or chance,the article analyzes the impact of success/failure attribution on the psychology and subsequent behavir of students.It suggests thatcorrect understanding and appropriate application of Attribution Theory on the part of instructors in their work will provoke with efficiency students′ motives for their study,help them foster good study habits and develop their potential.It also offers some attribution methods.
