摘要
本文研究了头孢哌酮与10%葡萄糖、葡萄糖氯化钠等输液及去甲肾上腺素、10%氯化钾等药物配伍后的稳定性。实验表明,在38℃温度下与之配伍在6h内是稳定的,可以联合使用。与1.4%碳酸氢钠注射液的配伍,应在3h内使用完毕,咪唑—Hg~#试剂法用于头孢哌酮的稳定性研究是可行的。
The stability of cefaperazone sodium (cps) mixed with glucose, GNS, 10%kalium chloride and noradrenaline etc. was studied. Its showed that CPS was s-table for hours at 38'c. linical treatment. however. It must be used in threewhen added to 1.4% natrium bicarbonate. the method using imidazole-mercuryreagent is sitable for the stability study.
