摘要
基于国家政策、装配式钢结构的优势、超高层建筑的快速发展,装配式钢结构在超高层住宅中的应用成为了装配式住宅建筑的发展方向。为探究装配式钢结构在超高层住宅中应用的可行性,结合某实际工程,首先对混凝土结构和装配式钢结构进行选型对比,结果表明装配式钢结构具有更好的应用性。从建筑方面,对结构布置与建筑功能的配合度、三板体系的选型进行分析,结果表明装配式钢结构能够很好地满足住宅建筑品质要求。从结构方面,对装配式钢结构方案进行了初步设计和风时程响应分析,结果表明装配式钢结构整体指标均能满足规范要求,且布置黏滞阻尼墙能有效改善钢结构住宅的舒适性。该项目的装配式钢结构方案设计可为装配式钢结构在超高层住宅中的应用提供参考。
Based on national policies,the advantages of fabricated steel structures and the rapid development of super high-rise buildings,the application of fabricated steel structures in super high-rise residential buildings has become the development direction of assembled residence. In order to explore the feasibility of the application of fabricated steel structure in super high-rise residential buildings,combined with a practical project,concrete structures and fabricated steel structures were compared and the results showed that the fabricated steel structure has better applicability. Then,from the aspects of architecture,the fitting degree of structural layout and building function and the selection of three-board system were carried out,which shows that the fabricated steel structure can meet the requirements of residential building quality well. From the aspect of structure,the preliminary design and wind time-history response analysis of the fabricated steel structure were carried out,which shows that the overall index of fabricated steel structure can meet the requirements of the code,and the arrangement of viscous damping wall can effectively improve the comfort of steel structural residence. The schematic design of the super high-rise steel structure provides a useful reference for the application of the fabricated steel structure in the super high-rise residence.
