带式焙烧机焙烧温度分析研究 被引量:9

摘要 焙烧温度不合理将直接造成球团质量的下降,过烧对于球团矿的抗压强度影响不大,但热损失增加,能耗高;失烧则不利于球团矿的还原度和还原膨胀性。鉴于目前带式焙烧机焙烧温度控制系统存在不能实时反馈的缺陷以及影响其焙烧温度的因素众多的现状,本文通过SPSS的相关性分析和MATLAB的回归分析对其焙烧温度相关量进行数据挖掘和回归分析。最终确定烟罩温度和风箱温度对焙烧温度的影响较大,适用于焙烧温度优化控制系统的设计,以保证焙烧温度的稳定性,从而提升球团质量。 The unreasonable roasting temperature will lead to the decrease of pellet quality, the over-roasting has little influence on the compressive strength of pellets, but it increases the heat loss and the energy consumption. While under-roasting is unfavorable to reduction degree and reduction swellability of the pellets. In view of the fact that the roast temperature control system cannot give real-time feedback and that there are many factors affecting the roasting temperature, and in this paper, the data mining and regression analysis of the roasting temperature are carried out through correlation analysis of SPSS and the regression analysis of MATLAB. Finally, it is determined that the hood temperature and windbox temperature have great effect on roasting temperature, which is suitable for design of roasting temperature optimization and control system to ensure the stable roasting temperature and improve pellet quality.
