摘要
通过高温电阻炉对含碳球团还原熔分的行为进行热态模拟研究,考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间、配碳量(按照C/O计算)和炉渣碱度对含碳球团还原熔分的影响。实验结果表明:渣铁分离的最低熔分温度是1 360℃,最短焙烧时间是24.5 min,最低配碳量是1.0,最佳炉渣二元碱度R为1.2。
The thermal simulation research on behavior of reduction and melting of carbon-bearing pellets was carried out by using the high temperature electric resistance furnace, and the influences of roasting temperature, roasting time, carbon content (carbon/oxygen ratio) and slag basicity etc. on reduction and melting of carbon-bearing pellets were investigated. The experimental results show that, the lowest melting temperature of iron and slag separation is 1360 ℃, the shortest reduction time is 24.5min, the lowest carbon content (calculated by C/O) is 1.0, and the optimal binary basicity of slag is 1.2.
