摘要
以本钢360 m^2烧结机余热发电项目运行情况为例,该项目采用直联炉罩式余热锅炉及汽轮发电机组对余热资源进行充分利用。通过分析2015~2017运行期间该项目烧结余热利用的实际产出对降低烧结生产成本及减排的贡献来评估该项目的节能减排效果。结果表明,2015~2017该项目的回收能源净产出折合标准煤分别为12760.5 t、14902 t、10085 t,节能减排效果显著,可供业内人士借鉴与参考。
Taking for example the operation condition of Bengang 360 mE sinter machine waste heat power generation project, for which the directly-connected furnace hood type waste heat boiler and the turbo generator set are adopted for full utilization of waste heat resources. The energy saving and emission reduction effect of the project was evaluated through analysis of the contribution of the actual output of sintering waste heat utilization of the project to reducing sintering production cost and emission reduction during the project operation period from 2015 to 2017. The result shows that, the net output from energy recovery of the project during 2015 -2017 is 12 760.5 t, 14 902 t, and 10 085 t respectively by being converted into output of standard coals, and the energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable, which can be introduced and referenced for the industry insiders.
