摘要 在知识经济和学习化社会的双重冲击下,成人教育迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。成人教育的功能从单纯的学历补偿转变为人力开发。而成人教育要想强化人力开发功能,亟须解决现存的课程问题,进行课程改革与开发。多元智力理论突破了传统智力理论的局限,强调个体智力发展的可能性、多维性和差异性,对我国成人教育的课程开发有重要的启示。 Under the dual impact of knowledge economy and learning society, adult education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The function of adult education has risen from mere academic compensation to manpower development. In order to promote human resources, adult education needs to solve the existing curriculum problems and carry out curriculum reform and development. The theory of multiple intelligences breaks through the limitations of traditional intelligence theory, emphasizes the possibility, diversity and difference of individual intelligence development, and has important implications for curriculum development of adult education in china.
