摘要
目的 对电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定妇必舒阴道泡腾片(FVET)中铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)含量的不确定度进行评价。方法 用ICP-MS法测定妇必舒阴道泡腾片中Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb的含量,建立数学模型,分析不确定度的来源,对灵敏系数和标准不确定度进行评定,计算合成扩展不确定度。结果 用ICP-MS法测定Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb的扩展不确定度分别为510、80、10、7、74μg·kg^(-1)。结论 所用方法适用于评定FVET中重金属的不确定度,可为中成药类重金属及有害元素含量的不确定度评定提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish a uncertainty analysis method for the determination of Cu, As, Cd, Hg, Pb in Fubishu vaginal effervescent tablets (FVET) by ICP - MS. METHODS The contents of Cu, As, Cd, Hg,Pb in FVET were detected by ICP - MS. The mathematical model was established,and the sources of uncertainty were analyzed,the sensitivity coefficient and the standard uncertainty were evaluated,and the expanded uncertainty was calculated. RESULTS The expanded uncertainties of Cu,As, Cd, Hg, Pb were 510, 80,10,7,74 μg·kg^(-1). CONCLUSION This method is applicable for the uncertainty evaluation of heavy metal determination in FVET. The more reliable result can be obtained when the measure was optimized by analyzing all standard uncertainty. It provides an important reference for the uncertainty evaluation of heavy metal determination in traditional Chinese medicine.
