木榄的性状鉴别及显微鉴别

Morphologic and microscopic identification of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza

目的 研究药用红树植物木榄的性状鉴别及显微鉴别的特征。方法 取木榄各药用部位阴干,切制,观察、拍照及描述其性状。结果 较为系统地描述了木榄药用部位的性状与显微特征,其中,石细胞、导管、草酸钙簇晶、方晶、纤维、气孔、非腺毛及星状毛等特征明显。结论 总结了木榄药材树皮和叶的性状及显微鉴别特征。

OBJECTIVE To study the morphologic and microscopic identification of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. METHODS The medicinal part of B. gymnorrhize were dried, cut, observed and photographed and its characters were described. RESULTS A systematic morphologic and microscopic characteristics of the medicinal parts of B. gymnorrhiza were described,in which the features of stone cells,vessels,clusters of calcium oxalate, prismatic crystal, fibers, pores, non - glandular hairs and stellate hairs were obvious. CONCLUSION The characteristics and microscopic identifications of the bark and leaves of B. gymnorrhiza are summarized.
