当今时代智库作为全球化的智慧生产机构,研究内容多样,研究项目聚焦多维度的社会问题。尽管如此,在研究过程中仍然存在不足,对于研究项目的归档问题明显重视不够。在智库管理实践中,智库人员首先要树立研究项目的归档意识,明确归档时间、确立归档内容、维护好项目档案的存储与访问渠道;其次,智库本身还要不断完善相关政策和程序的指导。智库人员必须积极参与研究项目文件与数据的归档工作,优化智库管理,提升研究能力,充分发挥智库的决策咨询作用。

In the current era, think tanks have been among global intellectual production institutions. With diverse objects of research, they focus on multi-dimensional social issues. Nevertheless, there is still a big deficiency in the process of research, i.e., insufficient attention paid to archiving research projects. In practice, think tank staff should establish a clear consciousness of archiving research projects, make sure when and what to archive, and maintain the storage and access channels of project files and data. Besides, they should constantly improve their policy and procedure documents. In short, think tank staff should participate actively in arehiving research projects, so as to enhance their research capabilities, optimize the management of think tanks, and give full play to think tanks＇ advisory role in the process of decision-making as well.
