期刊影响力量化修正新解——基于学术贡献值及被引分布均值

New Revision of Quantitative Index of Journal Impact——Basedon Academic Contribution Value and Cited Distribution Mean

根据现行的计算方法,期刊的被引频次与其对科研活动的真实学术贡献程度相比,存在较大差异;时效性对期刊影响力的作用也没有体现。针对这些问题,笔者基于实践,对目前广泛采用的有关期刊影响力的重要指标及因素,如被引频次、影响因子算法中的时间跨度以及被引半衰期等进行分析,提出了基于学术贡献值及被引分布均值进行计算的新思路,构建了较传统算法更合理且可操作性较强的影响因子修正方案;最后指出仍需解决的问题,如期刊的学科综合性、不同学科间期刊的影响力衡量等。

According to the current calculation method, there is a huge gap between the cited frequency of journals and their contribution to scientific research activities. In addition, the time factor on the impact of journals has not been duly reflected. In view of these problems, the authors analyzed several widely used important indexes and faetors measuring journal impact such as cited frequency, the time span of impact factor algorithm, cited half-lit~, etc., and put forward some suggestions of new algorithm on measuring academic contribution value and the mean value of the eited distribution. Hence, a more reasonable and operable impact factor correction scheme than the traditional algorithm can be built. Finally, the issues that need to be resolved are： the applicability of new algorithm on multi-disciplinary journals, the comparison of journal impact from different subject disciplines, etc.
