The Exploration of Innovative Reading Promotion Projects of the Russian Libraries

通过访问部分俄罗斯联邦主体图书馆网站与查阅大量俄文文献,对反映俄罗斯图书馆阅读促进创新探索的资料进行梳理与研究,展现一些中心区域图书馆在吸引国民阅读方面的典型案例,予我国图书馆研究阅读推广以借鉴。俄罗斯图书馆在阅读促进与宣传中继承并深化了走上街头、深入基层、榜样教育等传统形式,同时探索创新;引进新理念与技术,积极开创区域文学地图、书片花、阅读中心等有时代性且行之有效的阅读促进方式,使国民阅读促进逐渐沉淀为一种理性探索与兼容并包的发展态势。

By visiting library websites of the Russian Federation and checking related Russian language research literature, this article highlights the reading promotion works done by Russian libraries. It shows that some central regional libraries have impact on national reading. On the other hand, it provides insights to the research, promotion and publicity of reading programs for Chinese libraries. Russian libraries inherit and enhance the traditional methods such as taking to the streets, out-reaching to the grassroots and role model education for reading promotion. Based on such practice, reading promotion and publicity come up with many innovative ideas. Moreover, new concepts and technologies are also introduced which positively create effective reading promotion activities, e.g. regional literature maps, book trailers and reading centers. All these works have enabled the national reading promotion to become a rational exploration and an all-inclusive trend of development.
