当今医疗注重检查治疗而忽略医嘱的临床意义,导致医嘱太过简化且统一化,尤其在中药煎服法、宜忌情况及知情权三方面和仲景医嘱存在较大差异,而其背后所代表的疗效、关怀与信任的不足却是当代医患矛盾产生的主要医源性原因。现代研究《伤寒杂病论》多着眼于对方药的运用,而忽略了医嘱的临床意义。故本文以提高疗效、表达关怀、加强信任为立足点,探讨仲景医嘱对缓和医患矛盾的意义。

Nowadays medical practices focus more on examination and treatment while neglecting the clinicalsignificance of doctor’s orders, which leads to the simplification and monotonization of medical orders. Compared withZhongjing’s medical orders, there is a big difference in the methods of decocting and drug-taking, the compatibility andincompatibility of drugs and patients’ right to information. The deficiency of curative effect, caring and trust are the mainreasons for the doctor-patient conflict. Modern researchers have their eyes on the prescriptions in Treatise on Febrileand Miscellaneous Diseases, but ignore the clinical implications of Zhongjing’s medical orders, which reveal the equalimportance of improving the curative effect, expressing caring and strengthening communication. This article discusses thesignificance of such medical orders in relaxing the doctor-patient contradiction.
