嵌入性理论视角下“南海问题”的响应战略研究

On the Response Strategy of South China Sea Problem from the Perspective of Embeddedness Theory

"南海问题"是一个危及我国国家安全,影响甚至破坏我国重要战略机遇期的热点问题,研究用新思维来调整国际关系,引导南海争议国共同塑造更加公正合理的国际新秩序,对加强我国的国家安全具有现实的战略意义。文章在分析"南海问题"权利争议的特征基础上,对"南海问题"的各种嵌入网络的演变趋势进行了预测,并依据"连接主义"的理论提出了调整"南海问题"的政经网络的重新连接、重新连线、"重新赋权"、重新生成的四类战略措施。

The South China Sea issue is a hot issue that jeopardizes China＇s national security, which can impact and even undermine China＇s important strategic opportunities. It is of realistic strategic significance to strengthen the national security of China by using new ideas to adjust international relations and guide the disputed countries of the South China Sea to create a more just and rational new inter-national order. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the dispute over the rights of the South China Sea, this paper forecasts the evolution trend of various mosaic networks in the South China Sea issue and puts forward the reconnection of the political and economic networks to adjust the South China Sea issue according to the theory of ＂connectionism＂, that is, re-line, re-connect, re-empowerment, and re-generation.
