中医药干细胞研究及治疗与伦理学问题策略优化

Strategy optimization for ethical issues and stem cell research and treatment involving traditional Chinese medicine

为配合医院机构开展中医药干细胞研究,广东省中医院伦理委员会做了大量的理论技术准备工作,率先成立了全国首家中医药干细胞研究伦理委员会,并顺利地开展了中医药干细胞研究的伦理审查工作,为全国乃至全世界的中医药干细胞研究伦理审查起到示范性的作用。文章围绕上述核心问题从中医药干细胞研究及治疗的理论基础、特色及作用、过程管理与控制的既存问题、伦理学问题策略优化等部分展开论述,并就知情同意、风险控制、隐私保护等方面进行相关探讨,以期为当前中医药干细胞研究及治疗规范与伦理审查实践提供参考。

To cooperate with hospital establishment of TCM stem cell research and treatment, the ethics committee team in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine made a lot of preparatory work involving theoretical technology, and finally set up the first TCM Stem Cell Research Ethics Committee. All these efforts on ethical review for TCM stem cell research performed well, which played an exemplary role in this field at home and abroad. Based on the core problem and principles, this article attempted to discuss the issues such as theoretical basis, characteristics and functions of TCM stem cell research and treatment, existing problems of process control and management, strategy optimization for ethical issues, and further integrated informed consent, risk control, and privacy protection, etc. All these considerations arc hoped to provide references for TCM stem cell research and treatment and ethical review practice.
