通过对中医学文献进行认真研读,探讨"药过病所与适其至所"理论的渊源、涵义、后世论述及临床价值。"药过病所与适其至所"理论源于《黄帝内经》,《伤寒论》对其进行了全面深入的发展和运用。临证中需要在病位、病程、患者体质状态、药物质地、药物性味、方药剂型以及方药煎服方法等方面综合考虑,以使药物达到最佳的作用部位和最佳的临床疗效。这种理论具备了鲜明的中医学特色,对中医学定量辨证理论研究和运用、对于临证选方用药和剂量把握均具有重要的指导价值,也有利于中医学临床疗效的提高。

To discuss the origin, meaning, literature interpreted by later authors and clinical value of Yaoguobingsuo and Shiqizhisuo theory through seriously studying the TCM literature. This theory came from Huangdi Neijing and Shanghan Lun, which developed it comprehensively and deeply. In order to achieve the best drug site and curative effect, diseases＇ location and course, patients＇ constitution, drugs＇ nature and flavour, dosage forms of prescription and simultaneous methods should be overall considered. This theory has vivid TCM characteristics, and it has instructional value for the application of quantitative syndrome differentiation theory and clinical medication which would help improving the curative effect of TCM.
