动物心脏在蒙药八味沉香散中对组方药效学作用的影响 被引量:7

Pharmacodynamic effects of animal's heart in Mongolian prescription Bawei Chenxiang Powders

摘要 目的:研究动物心脏药材入药是否具有意义以及不同的动物心脏(牦牛心、黄牛心、家兔心、家猪心)入药的差异。方法:采用常压耐缺氧模型、盐酸异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺氧模型、氯仿-肾上腺素致心律失常模型和垂体后叶素致心肌急性缺血模型,分别观察各给药组动物缺氧死亡时间、心律失常潜伏时间、持续时间、心肌缺血前后T波波幅、S-T段波幅等指标的变化。结果:常压耐缺氧实验结果表明,含黄牛心的八味沉香散和含牦牛心的八味沉香散使小鼠存活时间延长率分别达到了9.35%和13.65%;盐酸异丙肾上腺素致耐缺氧实验结果表明,含家兔心的八味沉香散和含牦牛心的八味沉香散较其它散剂可显著延长小鼠的存活时间,存活时间延长率分别达到6.78%和7.34%;垂体后叶素致心肌急性缺血实验结果表明,含牦牛心的八味沉香散对心肌缺血的保护作用最好,T波波幅保护率和S-T段波幅保护率分别达到了34.40%和32.86%。实验证实动物心脏药材入药对方剂的药效具有显著的影响,且不同来源的动物心脏入药的药效具有差别。结论:动物心脏配伍到组方中是必要的,含牦牛心的八味沉香散在对实验动物心脏保护作用方面较含有其他动物心脏的八味沉香散更好。 Objective: To research the meaning of animal's heart as medicine, and found the differences by different animal's heart (yak's heart, cattle's heart, hare's heart and pig's heart). Methods: Normal pressure hypoxia model, isopropylarterenol hydrochloride inducing myocardial ischemia model, chloroform-adrenaline inducing arrhythmia model and hypophysin inducing acute myocardial ischemia model were established separately, anoxic death time, the time of arrhythmia latency, the time of arrhythmia duration, the changes of T wave amplitude, and the changes of S-T segment amplitude in before and in after myocardial ischemia were observed in each group. Results: The hypoxia-resistance experimental results showed that the survival time extension rate of mice treated with Bawei Chenxiang Powders containing heart of cattle or yak reached 9.35% and 13.65%, respectively. Isopropyl adrenaline hydrochloride inducing hypoxia experimental results showed that Bawei Chenxiang Powders containing rabbit heart and yak heart could significantly prolong the survival time of mice compared with other powder, the prolong survival time rate reached 6.78% and 7.34% respectively. Hypophysin inducing acute myocardiai ischemia experimental results showed that Bawei Chenxiang Powders containing the yak heart possessed superior protection effect of myocardial ischemia, and T wave amplitude recovery and S-T period of amplitude recovery reached 34.40% and 32.86%, respectively. The experiment proved that animals' heart played an very important role in prescription, and the heart from different animals had different efficacy action. Conclusion: Animals' heart is important in prescription, Bawei Chenxiang Powders containing yak's heart possesses better protective effect.
