张军平“血-脉-心-神”一体观治疗缺血性心脏病临证思路探析

文章探析张军平教授基于"血-脉-心-神"一体观治疗缺血性心脏病的临证思路。缺血性心脏病具有多元发病机制,是关乎"血-脉-心-神"共病的复杂体系。"血-脉-心-神"一体治疗观,是从生命活动的本体出发,基于缺血性心脏病发病、治疗和康复过程中血管失稳态的中医证候特点的高度概括,其弥补了单纯从"血液-血管"方面治疗缺血性心脏病的局限性,完善了脉络学说中脏与象分离、形与神分离、结构与功能分离的不足。"血-脉-心-神"一体的治疗观是中医辨证论治治疗观在缺血性心脏病干预过程中的具体化。

This paper was aiming at exploring and analyzing the clinical dialectical thinking of ZHANG Jun-ping＂ treating ischemic heart disease based on the holism of ＇blood-vessel-heart-mind＇. Ischemic heart disease had multiple pathogenesis, which was complex system of ＇blood-vessel-heart-mind＇. The holism of ＇blood-vessel-heart-mind＇ is based on the ontology of life activity and highly summarizing TCM syndrome characteristics. The TCM syndrome characteristics are about the unbalance of blood vessel homeostasis during the pathogenesis of ischemic heart disease. This treatment concept makes up the limitation of treating ischemic heart disease simply from ＇blood-blood vessels＇ and perfects the deficiency of the venation theory. The holism of ＇blood-vessel-heart-mind＇ is the concrete embodiment of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of ischemic heart disease.
