防风饮片等级研究现状及思路

Research status and ideas on current situation of grading decoction pieces of Saposhnikovia divaricata

防风在临床上应用广泛,其质量直接影响疗效。目前防风饮片未有公认的分级标准,大多以统货形式销售。通过对防风进行本草考证以及查阅标准和文献,总结了防风饮片分级现状与质量评价指标现状,强调了外观性状在饮片分级中应用的必要性。文章指出防风具有来源混乱、传统评价体系有局限性、饮片等级急需建立等方面的问题,将分别从饮片的可溯源性、样品的代表性、传统分级方法结合现代科学方法探讨防风饮片质量评价方法,初步制定了防风饮片等级研究的基本思路,希望能为其他中药饮片的分级提供切实可行的参考。

Saposhnikovia divaricata is widely used in clinical practice, and its quality directly affects the curative effect. At present, there is no universally acknowledged grading standard for the decoction pieces of Saposhnikovia divaricata. Most of Saposhnikovia divaricata pieces are sold in the form of ungraded goods. In this review, the author summarized the current situation of classification and quality evaluation index of Saposhnikovia divaricata decoction pieces by herbal verification, searching standards and other papers. In addition, the author emphasized the necessity of the application of appearance to grading decoction pieces. This paper pointed out the problematic situation of confused sources, the limit of traditional evaluation system and the urgent need of decoction pieces ranking building. The method of evaluating the quality of decoction pieces of Saposhnikovia divaricata was discussed from the traceability, representativeness of samples, the combination of traditional classification method and modern scientific method, respectively. The basic idea of research on grading decoction pieces of Saposhnikovia divaricata is preliminarily established. It is hoped that it can provide practical reference for the classification of other decoction pieces.
