中医治疗干眼方法研究新进展

New progress in the research of dry eye treatment with traditional Chinese medicine

文章从临床、实验研究两个方面对近年来中医治疗干眼的研究进展进行了综述。临床研究包括中医内治法,如补益肝肾法、滋肺润目法、滋阴养血法、疏肝润燥法、疏风润目法、养阴清热化痰法、清热利湿养阴法等;中医外治法,如湿热敷、熏蒸、雾化、电离子导入、推拿按摩及联合疗法等;针灸治疗,如针刺疗法、电针疗法、火灸疗法及中医综合治疗等。干眼的动物实验研究也表明,无论针刺,还是中药,均能有效促进动物干眼模型的泪腺代谢,增加泪液分泌及泪膜稳定,改善角膜状况,同时,中药尚具有减轻结膜炎性反应作用,对实验性干眼症有较好疗效。

This article summarized the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of dry eye in recent years from both clinical and experimental aspects. Clinical research, included internal medicine treatment, such as tonifying and replenishing liver and kidney, nourishing lung for improving eyesight method, nourishing yin and tonifying blood method, dispersing stagnated liver qi for moistening dryness method, dispelling wind for moistening eyesight method, clearing heat and dissipating phlegm method, clearing heat and promoting diuresis method. It also included external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, such as damp heat compress, fumigation, atomization, iontophoresis, massage and combination therapy. Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment such as acupuncture therapy, electro-acupuncture therapy, fire moxibustion therapy, and comprehensive treatment were also included. Dry eye animal experiments also show that, regardless of acupuncture, or traditional Chinese medicine, can effectively promote the lacrimal gland metabolism, increase tear secretion and tear film stability, improve the corneal condition of dry eye animal models. At the same time, Chinese medicine still has the effect to reduce the conjunctival inflammation response, and has a good effect on experimental dry eye.
