近十年营卫学说研究进展

Research progress of yingfen and weifen theory in recent ten years

营卫学说是中医基础理论的重要组成部分,是《黄帝内经》中论述最完整的体系之一。过去有关营卫学说的研究、发展大多从传统中医学视角出发,近年来,许多研究逐渐认识到中医营卫与西医代谢免疫之间存在众多的潜在联系。文章从营卫基础理论出发,结合现代医学观点,综合分析并探讨营卫的实质,深入探索中医营卫学说,对于搭建中西医学间沟通的桥梁具有不容忽视的实际意义。

Yingfen and weifen theory is an important part of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and it is also a complete system in Huangdi Neijing. In the past, most of researches on yingfen and weifen theory are from perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, many studies have found that there were a lot of potential links between yingfen and weifen theory and metabolic and immune system. In this paper, based on the basic theory of yingfen and weifen, the essence of yingfen and weifen theory was discussed. It is of great significance of yingfen and weifen studies to build a bridge between Chinese medicine and western medicine.
