旁治法理论及其临床指导意义

文章应用文献研究和理论探讨相结合的方法,首先提出旁治法是在整体观念和辨证论治指导下,对既定之证采取的与其病位、性质或层次不呈直接关系的间接治法。在此基础上,将旁治法与正治法、反治法进行对比分析,得出旁治法既不同于正治的相逆,也不同于反治的相从,而是通过"旁敲侧击"达到治病之目的。然后从阴阳、脏腑、精气血津液和经络等角度深入阐释了旁治法的理论依据和应用机制。最后通过对旁治法在组方和临床应用中的实例剖析,进一步深化和体现了旁治法研究的理论价值和临床指导意义。

Then, from the aspects of yin-yang, zang-fu viscera, qi, blood, and fluid and channel, and so on, the theoretical basis and application mechanism of the side treatment were explained in depth. Finally, through the analysis of the examples of the side treatment in the prescription and clinical application, it further deepened and reflected the theoretical value and clinical guiding significance of the side treatment research.
