摘要
目的:优化益胃消瘀颗粒水提取工艺。方法:以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以七叶皂苷A、阿魏酸含量及浸膏得率为评价指标,进行综合加权评分,采用正交试验设计法优化益胃消瘀颗粒的水提工艺。结果:最佳水提工艺为8倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选的益胃消瘀颗粒提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To optimize water reflux extraction technology of Yiwei Xiaoyu Granules. Methods: Taking water amount, extraction time and extraction times as investigation factors, the content of aescin A, ferulic acid and dry extract amount as assessment indexes, orthogonal test was employed to optimize the extraction technology of Yiwei Xiaoyu Granules, Results: The optimal technology was to add water with an amount 8 times of drugs and to conduct extraction three times, lh for each extraction. Conclusion: It is reasonable and feasible for the extraction technology of Yiwei Xiaoyu Granules,
