滋肾活血方治疗病态窦房结综合征肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the effects of Zishen Huoxue Decoction in treating sick sinus syndrome patients with kidney deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome

目的:观察滋肾活血方治疗病态窦房结综合征(简称病窦)肾虚血瘀证的临床疗效与安全性。方法:41例病窦肾虚血瘀证患者给予滋肾活血方治疗,观察患者治疗前后疗效指标及安全性指标。结果:患者临床症状积分治疗后优于治疗前(P<0.01)。患者治疗后心率较疗前明显提高(P<0.01)。患者治疗后心率变异性相关指标(r MSSD、PNN50、SDNN、SDANN)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。患者治疗过程中肝肾功能未受影响,未发现不良反应。结论:滋肾活血方能改善病窦患者临床症状,降低迷走神经张力,增加交感神经张力,提高病窦患者的心率,且安全有效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zishen Huoxue Decoction in treating sick sinus syndrome patients with kidney deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. Methods： A total of 41 sick sinus syndrome patients with kidney deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome were collected and treated with Zishen Huoxue Decoction. The curative effect and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results： The clinical symptom score of the patients was better than that before treatment （P〈0.01）. After treatment, the heart rate was significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.01）. The heart rate variability （rMSSD, PNN50, SDNN, SDANN） were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.01）. No adverse reactions and obvious effects on function of liver and kidney were found during the course of treatment. Conclusion： Zishen Huoxue Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sinus disease, reduce the vagus nerve tension, increase the sympathetic nerve tension, and improve the heart rate of patients, which indicates that Zishen Huoxue Decoction can be taken as a safe and effective treatment of sick sinus syndrome.
