摘要
通过文献研究的方法,将符合纳入标准和排除标准的38文献用统计软件进行描述性统计,探究中医从络论治特发性肺纤维化的作用机制,通过计算实验干预靶标的构成比,并探究其相关性,意在揭示特发性肺纤维化中医治法的主要作用靶点,以明确中医络病理论的作用环节和机理,为临床开展多途径,多靶点的高质量临床研究提供建议。
In this paper,the method of literature research and descriptive statistics were used for statistical analysis of 38 documents that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,exploring the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treating IPF,through the calculation of the composition of the intervention target and its relevance in order to reveal the main role of IPF therapeutic target and clarify the role and mechanism of TCM collateral disease theory,providing recommendations for the clinical,multi-target,high-quality clinical research.
