摘要
目的:了解国内蛋白质组学在传统中医药研究领域的研究现状,分析蛋白质组学在传统中医药研究中的发展趋势和研究热点。方法:基于中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库和万方医药卫生数据库,收集2007年1月1日—2016年12月31日与主题相关研究型文献,运用Note Express v3.2.0.6915和Excel 2013等软件以及各数据库自带分析功能从发表时间、期刊分布、研究机构、研究人员、文献被引量、基金资助情况和高频关键词等方面进行统计分析。结果:共检索到1350篇有效文献。蛋白质组学近10年在传统中医药研究领域的年均发文量135篇,基本形成核心作者群体,发文量前3位的研究机构为浙江中医药大学、北京中医药大学、中南大学湘雅医院。对22个高频关键词分析发现,蛋白质组学技术在中医证型证候上研究较多,在中药及中药复方研究中以药效作用机制研究为主,通常以双向电泳-质谱联合为蛋白质组学常用技术分析方法,在治疗疾病方面,以心脑血管疾病上应用最多。结论:在国家大力支持下,蛋白质组学技术已成为中国传统医药研究领域热门技术,并逐步走向成熟,极大地促进了中国传统医药现代化和世界化发展,但在少数民族医药领域的研究仍处于起步阶段,应加强该技术在民族医药领域的研究,以促进中国传统医药的全面协调发展。
Objective: To understand the current situation of domestic proteomics in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) research and analyze the development trend and research hotspots of proteomics in TCM research. Methods:Based on the Chinese Knowledge Network( CNKI),the Vipu database and the Wanfang Medicel and Health Database,we collected the relevant research literature from January 1,2007 to December 31,2016,using Note Express v3. 2. 0.6915 and Excel 2013 software and the database comes with the analysis function to do the statistical analysis of published time,journal distribution,research institutions,researchers,literature cited,fund funding and high-frequency keywords and so on. Results: A total of 1350 pieces of valid literature were retrieved. In the past 10 years,the average annual published literature of proteomics in TCM was up to 135. The basic formation of the core of the author groups,the top three papers were issued by the institutions of Zhejiang University of TCM,Beijing University of TCM,Central South University Ya Hospital. The analysis of 22 high frequency keywords showed that proteomics technology had more research on syndromes of TCM. It mainly reseached the mechanism of pharmacological effects of TCM and TCM conpound,and two-dimensional electrophoresis-Mass spectrometry combined analysis become the common anaysis method of proteomics technology. In the treatment of diseases,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the most applicated diseases.Conclusion: Under the strong support of the state,proteomics technology has become a popular technology in TCM research,and gradually matured,which has greatly promoted the development of traditional Chinese medicine and the de-velopment of the world. However,the research in the field of minority medicine is still at the initial stage. The technology should be strengthened in the field of national medicine research to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of traditional Chinese medicine.
