中药复方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化临床疗效Meta分析

Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis: A Meta Analysis

目的：中药复方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化临床疗效以及安全性的系统评价。方法：根据Meta分析的要求,两个人分别系统地检索中药复方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的中英文随机对照试验的文献（包括未发表）,中文数据库包括：中国学术文献总库（CNKI）、万方数字化期刊库、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）,英文数据库有：Pub Med、The Cochrane Library和Embase,检索年限为2007年—2016年12月。并由两个人独立地整理并提取资料,如遇分歧,请求第三方协助解决。同时运用Review Manager 5.3软件进行本文的数据处理。结果：最终共纳入13篇RCT文献,共计807名特发性肺间质纤维化住院患者。治疗前后综合疗效Meta分析显示：I2=0%,Z=5.63,OR=2.86[1.98,4.13],P〈0.000 01。治疗前后血氧分压的Meta分析显示：I2=0%,Z=2.81,OR=2.76[0.83,4.68],P=0.005。治疗前后患者6 min步行距离的Meta分析显示：I2=0%,Z=68.15,OR=99.93[97.06,102.81],P〈0.000 01。所有纳入试验均未报告严重不良反应。结论：中药复方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的综合疗效优于单纯西药,尤其在改善患者血氧分压、6 min步行距离等方面具有明确的疗效。

Objective： The clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Method： According to the requirements of Meta-analysis,two individuals were systematically searched for Chinese and English randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis（ including unpublished）. Chinese database includes CNKI,Wanfang data,CBM,VIP; English database includes Pub Med,The Cochrane and Embase Library and Embase Library. The retrieval period is from 2007 to December 2016. Two individuals collated and extracted information independently,in case of disagreement,they requested the third party to help solve. Manager Review 5. 3 software was used. Result： A total of 13 articles were included in the RCTs,with a total of 807 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The comprehensive curative effect analysis of Meta-analysis before and after treatment showed that I2= 0%,Z = 5. 63,OR = 2. 86[1. 98,4. 13 ],P 〈0. 000 01.Pa CO2 before and after treatment showed： I2= 0%,Z = 2. 81,OR = 2. 76[0. 83,4. 68 ],P = 0. 005. 6 minutes walking distance from the Meta-analysis showed that before and after treatment,I2= 0%,Z = 68. 15,OR = 99. 93[97. 06,102. 81],P 〈0. 000 01. All the trials were not reported serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is better than pure western medicine,especially in improving the blood oxygen partial pressure and 6 minutes walk distance has a clear effect.
